When I joined the United States Marine Corps after high school, I soon discovered that I love to coach people. One of my jobs was the physical conditioning of recruits in the Delayed Entry Program which allowed me the opportunity to help them prepare for one of the greatest challenges of their lives. After the Marines, I became a fencing coach where I quickly developed a reputation for training some of the best fencers in the country.
I then decided to continue my education by earning my degree in Advanced Health and Fitness and become certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

I believe that everyone, whether they’re healthy or have some work to do, can lead a fun, healthy lifestyle.

Being healthy is much more than just lifting weights or being able to run on a treadmill for hours. It’s about doing the things you enjoy and being with your family and friends for as long as you can.

Being in the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years has allowed me to train with individuals of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personalities - from the person who’s trying to get back in shape to the Olympic athlete to actors and everyone in-between.

I am a firm believer of doing what it takes to make it happen. I constantly think outside the box to help my clients achieve their goals. I strongly believe a healthy lifestyle is possible when you combine fitness, nutrition, and exercise programming with accountability.

There is no quick fix when it comes to you and your health. The best way to reach your goals is to make it fun - and that is exactly what I aim to do with every training session.
